( 34 )
Nicknamed the "Miracle on the Han," Seoul is an intoxicating fusion of the traditional and cutting edge.
This dynamic megacity traces its roots back to the days when it was a royal center for the five-century-long Joseon dynasty. In the 20th century, Seoul emerged as a world capital, catapulted by the country's explosive economic growth following the Korean War. Now a 24-hour metropolis, Seoul has become famous for its futuristic architecture, K-Pop (Korean pop music), and culinary traditions. Discover the secrets of Seoul with Context's private and small group guided tours.

Maria was pleasant but I don’t think we got a great sense of the story of Seoul. She had a lot of historic information but could have used more stories and enthusiasm for the culture.
David was fascinating, knowledgable l and passionate and a pleasure to listen to.
Maria was wonderful and knowledgeable. We didn’t have a lot of time in Seoul but it was well spent.
