Alessio holds an advanced degree from the Institute Montana Zugerberg in Switzerland. He lived in the Swiss mountains for many years, where he developed a love and passion for nature. Upon his return to Sicily, his homeland, he began studying the Etna, practiced climbing, and attended various training courses BLS and BLSD. Alessio is also a certified sommelier from the prestigious Associazione Italiana Sommelier.
