Joined by an expert in Mount Etna’s volcanic history, we will start from your accommodation (in Catania or Taormina) before setting off for this spectacular mountain. On the way to Mount Etna, we'll pass through ancient villages as your guide explains how locals live in the company of a capricious Mount Etna. We will quickly familiarize ourselves with the most characteristic features of Mount Etna; its fauna, flora, perfumes, colors, and the deep changes the volcano continuously influences on the surrounding landscape. Hopping back into your 4X4, along with your expert guide and driver, you will climb along an ancient lava flow before finally reaching one of the most breathtaking scenes that Mount Etna offers.
