The awakening of perception is the main factor through which an artwork, a town, a different country, can be appreciated, thus opening new doors of perception in the traveller, that's what a traveller is just looking for. The purpose as a Guide consists in establishing a genuine personal interaction with travelers whether admiring art places, monuments, or walking along the street joining everyday life of the town.

Barbara Eletta has a degree in Art and Music, and a PhD in Didactic of Art. She has therefore experienced visual art, painting and music, both in a theoretical and practical way, thus being able to transmit the value, the beauty, the emotions of any work of art, as well as the atmosphere and life of any new location.

The years of teaching experience in Universities, schools and painting workshops have strengthened her ability to present information enthusiastically and with empathy, whilst at the same time making it interesting and appealing.

Bologna is UNESCO City of Music. The studies and the practice in music (violin) allows BarbaraEletta to lead tours to the fascinating Museum of Music, telling anecdotes and stories about musical life in Bologna, and to lead visits to violin makers ateliers.
Besides the traditional historical, artistic and culinary tours of Bologna and the Emilia-Romagna region, tours to art galleries and collections (ancient/modern/contemporary art), are available.
