My name is Fumiko, and I have been working as a professional guide since 2015. I was born and raised in Hyogo, right next to Osaka, and have spent most of my life in the Kansai region.

Over the past 10 years, I have welcomed travelers from many different countries and helped them experience Japan beyond the usual tourist route. I enjoy sharing the history, culture, food, and everyday life that make each place unique.

I love showing guests the side of Osaka that many visitors miss. Over the years, I have discovered small local restaurants, family-run shops, old alleyways, traditional neighborhoods, and quiet spots hidden in plain sight.

Guests often describe my guiding style as friendly, flexible, and easygoing. I listen to what interests you and adjust the pace and focus when possible. I enjoy answering questions, sharing stories, and adding humor when it fits naturally.

I don't believe a good tour should feel like a history lecture. I want it to feel like exploring a place with a knowledgeable local who enjoys sharing it with you.

Food is another passion of mine. When I am not guiding, I enjoy exploring restaurants, local eateries, and neighborhood food spots. I believe food is one of the best ways to understand a place, its people, and its culture.

In Osaka, I can introduce you to both famous local specialties and smaller places known mainly by locals.

Whether you are exploring Osaka's food culture, discovering hidden neighborhoods, or learning about its history, I hope to help you see the city from a local perspective.
