Isobel's love of all things French began when she was a small child visiting her family in Normandy, where it quickly became established that she should be given the biggest slice of foie gras at the Christmas dinner table. In 2018 she moved to Paris to begin her M.A. in International Security at Sciences Po Paris. Five years and a second M.A. in Urbanism later, Isobel's passion remains food, and she loves exploring the Paris food scene and cooking traditional French meals for her friends and family.
