Karin was born and raised in the heart of Salzburg, a city rich with music, history and culture. After high school she spent one year working in London for the Austrian Trade Commission but came back to Salzburg start a family. After her children were old enough she turned her hobby and passion of travelling into a job. Karin has worked for more than 15 years as a tour guide accompanying guests to a variety of European destinations. Being interested in culture and history she decided to expand on her qualifications and completed her studies to become a certified Austria guide. She loves working with people from all over the world and is proud to be able to share her insights of her beautiful city with her guests. Being a local she knows the little secrets and stories hidden in the city and its surrounding countryside.
