Dairine graduated as a real estate agent in 1984, and worked in the property business for many years, and has an in depth knowledge of Dublin city, it’s history, and it’s citizens. Later, she worked in Dail Eireann, our parliament, as a researcher and assistant, and retains a strong interest and knowledge of current affairs. Dairine also is a Nordic Walking instructor, leading a large group of hikers through the mountains at weekends. She enjoys leading visitors around the city, exploring the lesser visited streets and sights. A tour with Dairine encompasses many elements – history, current affairs, art and literature, stories of famous citizens, and a bit of fun en route!
