He attended educational programs and cultural training led by local experts. In Italy’s gastronomic capital, he combines artistic and cultural storytelling with a strong food and wine background. He is a certified ONAV wine taster, managed a wine bar with kitchen for years, and enjoys sharing local cuisine and territory by guiding visitors through markets or directly to production sites. He has collaborated with the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium and has published three books on food and wine.
