About Fabien
Fabien is a wine educator and sake ambassador, with over 13 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He has given numerous seminars and workshops on wine and sake in Paris, London, Tokyo, and Kamakura and has a deep understanding of the food and drink culture in each place. Fabien has also worked as a consultant for several restaurants in Tokyo and Kamakura, helping them to improve their menus and wine lists. Fabien holds an Advanced WSET certification from the London IWS center and has completed several courses on Japanese sake. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others and has oftenly conducted wine and sake tours, both in France and Japan. Since he was a teenager, Fabien always had a passion for Japan's culture, historical heritage and moved there in 2011. Fabien’s interests include gastronomy, photography, Japan mythology, and strolling in nature. He enjoys exploring new restaurants and bars in Tokyo and Kamakura to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in food and drinks. Fabien is also an avid photographer and enjoys capturing the beauty of nature during his walks.
