We loved the tour of the castle district with Marek. He brings deep knowledge of art history, helping us distinguish the different styles and sharing the significance of different approaches to art and architecture. He bring equally strong knowledge of the history of Prague and the different eras, actors and movements. We learned to appreciate so many different aspects, and also to feel comfortable exploring. His suggestions for other things to do led us to try out a concert in an 800 year old chapel, several great restaurants, yet another castle, and a wonderful walk in the woods. After 2 days of his guidance, we felt comfortable going farther and exploring new things. Marek is a real gem.
