Our family loved our Hakone day trip from Tokyo! It was a highlight of our time in Japan. Rafael was wonderful! We learned a lot from him and greatly appreciated his knowledge and expertise of the Hakone area, Japan and the Japanese culture. He was very personable and was great with our 12-year old son engaging him and suggesting a terrific open air museum while in Hakone, which our son loved. In addition, Rafael was an expert on the various modes of transportation ensuring we got to our destinations in a timely manner. This was our first time booking with Context and we definitely will do so in the future. I also will be sharing our recommendation with family and friends. Thank you Rafael and Context Travel!
