Madrid Food and Tapas Tour
"Our guide was knowledgable and energetic. We came with questions, she answered them all without hesitation. She was clearly a subject-matter expert. The tour was at the beginning of our two-week trip and we went through the rest of the trip feeling like we were about as up-to-speed as you could get."

Natalia has been passionate about food since she remembers. Living in a family with a sensitive sense for food and cooking has awakened her interest in the culinary world and motivated her to make her living out of it. She studied Journalism and graduated in Food Journalism, after working in Cadena SER, one of the main radio stations in the country, she moved to Vietnam where she worked as an English and Spanish teacher and wrote about Vietnamese cuisine and traveling for the main English speaking national magazine. Back in the nest, she continued writing about food for some of the main Spanish media, as well as being the Social Media Planner of Comer, the food section in La Vanguardia. Through these channels and her words she loves sharing the secrets of Spanish gastronomy, which she feels so attached and thinks the best way to learn about a culture and their traditions.
