John is incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to get along with - it felt like being shown around by a friend who is an expert in all things Japanese cuisine. All of the vendors were thrilled to see him and every bite we had was incredible. He ended the tour at a nearby restaurant where we had some of the best tuna we've ever tried. Could not recommend this tour and John enough!
