Will M.
Will is a historian, foodie, and tour guide living and working in Berlin since 2019. Originally from the UK, he moved here after graduating with a First Class in History, specialising in the history of ideas. His interests and focuses were on the history of fascist ideology, genocide studies, and communist & socialist thought, the latter for which he won the Royal Holloway Historiography Prize.
He is a member of the Berlin Guides Association, and is a licensed guide for the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp Memorial. He has been offering tours in every form since 2020, from Cold War, to Third Reich, to Hidden Sights.
Although coming from an academic background, Will also worked as a food journalist for Bear Radio’s URSA Newsletter Podcast, in which he explored Berlin’s food scene. He therefore will jump at the chance to show people the best food spots in the city.
Will’s tours hope to straddle all the wonders of Berlin in a truly immersive way, from Kaisers, to Comrades, to Currywurst.
