Continuing through Berlin’s historic center, you’ll explore the complex legacy of WWII in the city with stops at Hitler’s bunker, the Topography of Terror site, and the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe.

Your historical morning will be topped off with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant or cafe, where you’ll be able to spend time asking your expert anything—from questions about what you’ve seen to the local culture. After lunch, you’ll carry on exploring the Mitte neighborhood. Here, you’ll wander down Unter den Linden, a boulevard named after the linden trees that line it.

You will continue your tour at the Berlin Wall Memorial, one of the most important historical sites not only in Berlin, but in the world. Here, your expert will discuss the history of the wall’s construction and reflect on how its impact is still felt in the city today, decades after its fall.

Where do we meet? Where does the tour end?

You will meet your expert guide in front of Bäcker Wiedemann located at Pariser Platz 4A. You will end either at Brandenburg Gate or at the East Side Gallery, depending on your guide. Your confirmation email will have the exact meeting point details along with a map.
