Frequently Asked Questions
You will meet your expert guide in front of the restaurant Le St André cafe which is located in the Latin Quarter, and the tour will end at the Louvre. Your confirmation email will have the exact meeting point details along with a map.
You will be expected to cover the cost of your lunch and any additional refreshments.
Unfortunately, the Louvre has recently updated their policy regarding group visits. Guests who visit the museum as part of a guided group must remain with their guide at all times, which includes exiting the museum together. If you wish to visit the museum on your own after the tour, you will be required to purchase a separate individual ticket for re-entry.
If you have one of our pre-purchased tickets, you will not be required to wait in any ticket line. There is a security checkpoint that all visitors to the museum are required to pass, and there is sometimes a line for this. Because we have advance tickets, we have access to a special ticket-holder security line, which is very short. Museum Pass holders also have access to this special line.

Don’t just take our word for it
Laurent was incredible. His depth of knowledge relating to the history of art , Paris, and Notre Dame was more akin to a historian than a tour guide. This tour brought the city to life as if it were painted before you whilst walking through the streets. Our pre-teen and teenager loved the tour as did my wife and I. A memory we will all cherish. For those placing consideration into this tour, I must admit, the cost is a bit high. However, the guide's depth of knowledge, and private tour structure is where the value lies. We've been on tours where you receive some understanding of the toured location and a few cheeky stories to bring home. This tour is not that. You are enriched with the real history of the past, each puzzle piece tied to the next with great context and detail.
