Charlotte grew up in Wisconsin but has spent many years falling in love with Paris and France, now making it her home. She holds a double degree in French and Theatre History and an MA in French/English Translation. She taught Art, Theatre, and American History at both the Sorbonne and Marne la Vallee Universities. After a rich experience in teaching, she had the opportunity to spend several years working in the wine department at the Cordon Bleu Paris. Charlotte is constantly looking at ways to link wine, food, art, and history and is passionate about sharing her discoveries.
