Kate was a delightful companion and very knowledgeable historian as we toured Edinburgh with a food focus. She was prepared with implements to have a park bench picnic after we stopped for fresh cheeses, smoked salmon and oatcakes. She even had homemade candy, plus famous Scottish sweets. We even stopped at a pub when she learned I was game to try haggis, which was yummy! Kate is well-versed in so much social history and I was thoroughly charmed by her personality!
Alana was great! She was knowledgeable, fun and a joy to be around. Highly recommend her!
This tour was phenomenal due to our exceptional guide Petulia. I would recommend to anyone. She talked with each one of us and found out our tastes and interests and tailored some of the tour specifically to our group.
