Guido's passion for classical studies begins as far back as high school, when he learned Latin and Greek, which he can both read and write. He has a First Level Certificate in Speleoarchaeology, and has joined numerous explorations of sites like the latrina of the Serapeum in Hadrian's villa. He also has a solid theological background in Christian art and extensive knowledge of underground Roman sites. Guido has twice been named one of the official guides for the Jewish Catacombs of Vigna Randanini on the Appian way for the European Day of Jewish Culture, and has lectured for the "Libraries of Rome." He has an unquenchable love for art, and his favorite site is the Borghese Gallery.
