Alexandros was spectacular. I can only compare him to a favorite professor you might have had in college who brought a subject to life. His would be the course everyone would want to take. We loved how he made the connections between the past and the present. It's truly awe inspiring to see this history preserved. We started in The Acropolis Museum. Our family agreed that a visit to the museum without Alexandros might have fallen flat but with him we understood the genius of the museum's design and had thorough explanations of the museum's treasures. Throughout our visit, Alexandros gave us a brief lesson on Greek roots and connected that to words we use today. We then walked to the Acropolis. Alexandros demonstrated the use of an app that when your phone is held up to parts of the Parthenon shows the user what it would have looked like in ta original form. Mind blowing! You simply cannot visit this historic site without Alexandros.

Elias was an excellent tour guide. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, he is an engaging storyteller that brought the ancient philosophers to life. My teenagers loved the tour as well. I highly recommend this tour and Elias in particular.
Anthi provided a fantastic tour of the Acropolis museum and Acropolis. Her in-depth knowledge of early Athens—including how its cultural norms, mythological and religious beliefs, and numerous conflicts—impacted the structure we see today. She was careful to provide detailed explanations of everything we saw and really made this an unforgettable experience. We would recommend this experience to anyone!
