Your Versailles tour includes pre-arranged tickets and special group access, allowing you to bypass the general public entrance entirely. While we get to skip the ticket-purchase and main entry lines, please note that everyone must still pass through the standard security checkpoint, where there may be a brief wait.
We don’t recommend one over the other, as both offer unique advantages. A morning start is ideal if you wish to spend the rest of the day exploring the grounds independently. Conversely, the afternoon tour typically sees fewer crowds and, during the summer, still offers plenty of time to enjoy the grounds before they close.
