Took us to Nishiki market & showed us the best of the best stalls. Really enjoyed tasting some of the local delicacies & visiting some great fish, vegetable, condiment & sweet treat traders. Next the underground food market & the department food court. Some absolutely stunning food on display to sample if you choose. All explained in detail by Ayumi. Then to top it all off we had a beautiful lunch at a sushi restaurant, so fresh & vibrant & for us such a novelty our sushi delivered via a bullet train on the conveyor belt.
